Cupid Breweries and Distilleries Limited (formerly Cupid Trades and Finance Limited) is now focused on entering the Alcobev market while its manufacturing units become operational. The company has begun trading raw materials and intermediary products for the Alcobev industry and is actively procuring licenses to establish its own factories. To support this initiative, Cupid has established their subsidiaries in overseas at Middle East and Euro Asia

is a highly skilled professional with extensive expertise in structuring financial services, setting up new units, and securing external commercial ratings. He excels in monitoring funds flow, budgeting, developing business models, and preparing detailed project reports. Additionally, his experience includes financial management advisory services, CDM registration (covering carbon emission and verified emission reductions), and attending arbitrations. He is recognized for his exceptional work ethic and multitasking abilities.

He has extensive experience in handling statutory and
internal audits, tax planning and compliance,
financial reporting, and advisory services for a
diverse range of clients. Through his professional
engagements, he has developed strong expertise in
financial management, regulatory compliance, and
risk assessment.
Mr. Shetty brings to the Board a sound understanding
of financial oversight, governance, and compliance
frameworks, and is well-positioned to contribute
effectively towards strengthening corporate
governance and informed decision-making.
